In an often noisy and busy world, this is a supportive sanctuary facilitating intentional self-care. Providing you with the space to connect with your inner self through a blend of holistic counselling, meditation, and reiki.The integrated approach of this session cares for mind, body and soul.This is a warm, calm, and welcoming environment for you to unveil what is on your mind and in your heart and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting general well-being.
The holistic approach tends to the whole person and integrates mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being, supporting you to cultivate a sense of balance. This balanced approach is aimed at facilitating the process of self-awareness, self-discovery, holistic healing, and a sense of empowerment regarding one's own well-being.
With the presence of a supportive guide and compassionate listener, this is a place of solace to connect with yourself, listen to your own inner knowing, replenish your reserves, and harmonise mind, body and soul.
While sessions can vary depending on individual needs and requirements, each session begins by meeting you exactly where you are on the day, allowing you the space to fully express yourself and be supported through heart-centred and meaningful conversation. My approach prioritises deep listening, presence, and empathy, to help create a caring and healing space that nurtures authentic connection.Meditation aims to promote relaxation, cultivate mindfulness, and reduce stress.Reiki works to restore and balance the flow of energy throughout the body, supporting overall well-being.

Reiki Healing Session

- Promoting balance and harmony across all levels of being, this session includes traditional Usui Reiki and may also integrate Seichim depending on individual needs and requirements.
- This is a serene space and healing haven just for you- to relax, recharge and re-centre Softly and gently land into a state of rest and connect to your inner source of wisdom, healing, growth and fulfilment. Each session will begin with a 10 minute chat to check-in and discuss what your intentions are for the session.We also allow a further 10 minutes after your reiki treatment for you to ground yourself and the option to share your experience. The reiki experience can vary from person to person.While receiving reiki some individuals might experience tingling, warm, or cool sensations.Some individuals might not experience any sensations.Some individuals may experience a sense of relaxation, peace, calm, clarity, emotional release, or spiritual connection.It is different for each person, however it is a very common experience for reiki to be deeply relaxing. Energy work can activate powerful shifts as it restores and balances the flow of energy throughout the body ; I therefore recommend that clients prioritise self-care, grounding, nourishing food, hydration, and rest, for 24-48 hours post-session to assist with integration.Aftercare is an important part of the process.It can be beneficial to allocate some quiet time after your session for journalling.Further insights and clarity may arise or emotions may come to the surface that are needed to be acknowledged and subsequently released. * Please refer to the Usui Reiki and Seichim sections below for more information on these modalities and their benefits.

Traditional Usui Reiki is a non invasive holistic treatment that assists the body's natural healing abilities and wisdom by promoting relaxation and stress reduction.Reiki can be guided through gentle touch or a hands-off method (depending on your preference) or through a distant healing. Distant healing allows healing energy to be sent over a distance without the reiki master practitioner placing their hands on or above the recipient's body. A remote session is equally potent and effective because universal life force energy is not bound by time or space. Seichim
Seichim is an advanced, heart-centered, energetic technique. It works on a deep level and primarily focuses on the heart chakra, promoting emotional healing. Seichim assists in the spiritual and energetic process of activating the heart chakra, cultivating love, joy, compassion, emotional well-being and connection. Seichim is similar to Reiki in that it can assist with physical ailments, mental, or emotional issues but also carries its own unique benefits to promote positive change. With roots in ancient Egypt, it is associated with Goddesses such as Sekhmet, Kuan Yin and Goddess Isis.
