Reiki can help restore and balance the body's natural energy flow, supporting emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.These modalities can cause calming changes in the autonomic nervous system, eliciting a relaxation response.Lucy may also integrate Seichim to enhance holistic healing, depending on individual needs and intentions. With the presence of a supportive guide, empathetic listener, and compassionate space-holder, this is a place of solace to reconnect with yourself, listen to your own inner knowing, realign your energy, and replenish your reserves. Usui Reiki

Reiki (traditional Usui system) is a non invasive Japanese energy healing technique and practice. Reiki works with the energy centres of your body and can assist with the clearing of blocked or stagnant energy to revitalize and harmonize the body's natural energy flow. These energy centres (also known as chakras) are important for health and well-being and can significantly impact quality of life.
Reiki works to restore the flow of energy within the body, helping your system to return to balance. Reiki can assist the body's natural healing abilities by promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Reiki meets you where you are and flows to where it needs to go.It is not a quick fix solution but a gentle and empowering invitation to connect with your true self and your inner source of wisdom and healing.
Reiki can be guided through gentle touch or a hands-off method (depending on your preference) or through a distant healing.
Distant healing allows the energy to be sent over a distance without the Reiki master practitioner placing their hands on or above the recipient's body. A remote session is also potent and effective because universal life force energy is not bound by time or space.
The Reiki experience can vary from person to person.While receiving Reiki some individuals might experience tingling, warm, or cool sensations.Individuals may experience a sense of relaxation, inner peace, calm, clarity, emotional release, or spiritual connection.
Reiki can activate subtle energetic shifts as it restores balance within the body's energy flow; It is therefore recommend that clients prioritise self-care, mindfulness and grounding techniques, nourishing food, hydration, and rest, for 24-48 hours post-session to assist with integration.Aftercare is an important part of the process.It can be beneficial to allocate some quiet time after your session for journalling and self-care practices.Further insights may arise or emotions may come to the surface that are needed to be acknowledged and subsequently released.
