Lucy brings her skills and experience into a calm and nurturing environment that promotes balance and harmony across all levels of being. Lucy's holistic approach embraces the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being.This balanced, 'whole-person' approach is aimed at facilitating the process of holistic healing, relaxation and stress reduction, self-awareness, self-discovery, and a sense of empowerment regarding one's own well-being. You are met exactly where you are on the day, providing you with the space to unveil what is on your mind and in your heart and be supported through meaningful conversation and Lucy's holistic counselling skills. Lucy's approach prioritises deep listening, empathic presence, and compassion, to help create a caring and healing space that nurtures authentic connection and emotional well-being. Providing you with a peaceful space to pause, breathe, and connect with your inner self, this session incorporates meditation/ guided relaxation, and/or reiki, depending on individual needs. Meditation can offer a calm and gentle reset for the mind and body.Reiki therapy can help restore and balance the body's energy flow, supporting emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.These modalities can cause calming changes in the autonomic nervous system, eliciting a relaxation response. With the presence of a supportive guide, compassionate listener and space-holder, this is a place of solace to reconnect with yourself, listen to your own inner knowing, realign your energy, and replenish your reserves. Whether you are carrying stress, overwhelm, or simply seeking a supportive space as you navigate the waves of life and support your overall well-being, you are met where you are on your personal path.

  • Offering a serene space and healing haven just for you.Softly and gently land into a state of rest and relaxation, opening up connection to your inner source of wisdom, healing, growth, and fulfilment.
  • This session includes traditional Usui Reiki and may also integrate Seichim to meet your individual needs.

  • Each session will begin with a 10 minute chat to check-in and discuss what your intentions are for the session.Lucy also allocates a further 10 minutes after your reiki treatment for you to ground yourself and the option to share your experience. The reiki experience can vary from person to person.While receiving reiki some individuals might experience tingling, warm, or cool sensations as the energy shifts and moves.Individuals may experience a sense of relaxation, peace, calm, clarity, emotional release, or spiritual connection.It is different for each person, however it is a very common experience for reiki to be deeply relaxing. Energy work can activate subtle energetic shifts as it restores balance within the body's energy flow ; it is therefore recommended that clients prioritise self-care, mindfulness and grounding techniques, nourishing food, hydration, and rest, for 24-48 hours post-session to assist with integration.Aftercare is an important part of the process.It can be beneficial to allocate some quiet time after your session for journalling and self-care practices.Further insights and clarity may arise or emotions may come to the surface that are needed to be acknowledged and subsequently released.

Welcoming you into a calm and restorative space that offers a gentle reset for mind, body, spirit, and energy.This session is for those who would like a combination of guided meditation and reiki therapy. This session includes traditional Usui Reiki and may also integrate Seichim to meet your individual needs. Beginning with a 10 minute chat to check in and discuss what your intentions are for the session,Lucy will then gently guide you through meditation to promote inner connection and a deeper sense of relaxation prior to your reiki treatment. Lucy also allocates a further 10 minutes at the end of the session to support you to ground yourself and the option to share your experience.

Usui Reiki

Traditional Usui Reiki is a non invasive holistic treatment for those seeking support with their physical, emotional, and spiritual health and to enhance overall well-being. Reiki works with the energy centres of your body.These energy centres are important for health and well-being and can significantly impact quality of life.
Reiki works to restore and balance the flow of energy within the body. Reiki can assist the body's natural healing abilities by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and shifting stored or 'stagnant' energy to improve flow.
Reiki can be guided through gentle touch or a hands-off method (depending on your preference) or through a distant healing.
Distant healing allows the energy to be sent over a distance without the reiki master practitioner placing their hands on or above the recipient's body. A remote session is also potent and effective because universal life force energy is not bound by time or space.

Seichim is often used in conjunction with reiki.While it is similar to reiki in that it can promote healing and a sense of well-being, it also carries its own unique benefits.
Seichim is a non invasive, and sacred tool when it comes to personal and spiritual development. Seichim is a high vibrational energy that works on multiple levels of the aura simultaneously.
