Payment Policy
Fees will be invoiced and are required to be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24hour cancellation policy.Any cancellation with at least 24hours notice can be rescheduled with no fee.If cancellation is not received with 24hours notice the full fee applies.
Confidentiality
All information supplied by the client is confidential.Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without their permission, unless the the client, or any other person associated with the client, is considered to be in a serious or life- threatening situation.The practitioner is duty-bound to report any welfare/safety concerns relating to the client or someone associated with the client to the appropriate authorities.
